Starting back in 2000, Carlos lived in the San Fernando Valley, just outside of Los Angeles, California. The City of Pacoima had an outstanding location for an auto repair shop – with his years of mechanical and technical experience, Carlos started Larrondo’s Auto Repair, just off San Fernando Road. With a small team (which included his Father, Carlos SR, Consuelo and a few other technicians), they began a very successful operation, serving over 2,000 regular customers.
Looking for a “change of place & pace”, he heard how beautiful Oregon was, and decided to move north to Oregon’s Capital City. After a few years pursing other ventures, Carlos and wife Aleigha decided to re-open the shop…this time Larrondo’s Auto Center was born.

Besides the name changing slightly (communicating a full-service auto center rather than strictly repair), everything was kept the same - including the “L.A. Pricing” – as well as the quality and integrity of the repairs.
Our shop is something completely and totally new in the Salem community – because it maintained the same educational background, technical experience, and quality parts and repairs as the “bigger” shops; yet balanced it with a fair, reasonable rate anyone could afford. The addition of “repair customization” was added officially to the ‘menu’ – now allowing customization of any combination between parts, warranty, and performance.
