Here at Larrondo's, our focus is to provide the best customer service at our wonderful Auto Repair Shop! Our Team works great at getting your vehicles in and out of the shop. Not only do our Technicians treat your car with the utmost in respect, our customers are treated the best, where they are able to make themselves feel as comfortable as ever while they wait for their vehicles to be serviced in our Customer Lobby. The great thing that I like about this shop is that Carlos truly takes his time to explain to the customer the results of any issues that is going on with their vehicle.
I enjoy working here with Carlos and Aleigha; they are both great and make you feel welcomed at any time just like family. What I noticed when I first started here at Larrondo's is that they both come and meet all the customers and are close for anyone to ask any questions they may need to ask if I'm away from my desk.
As you may already know, I am Aleigha's right hand person. My desk is in the front reception area where I get complete view of the main entrance to greet all of our customers, answering phones and checking in the vehicles that need to be worked on. One great thing I would like to mention is that now you can schedule any appointments that you need to make by phone, instant messaging, or text.
